If you book into a class in error or you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the class. Providing we have 24 hours notice, we will be able to provide you with a credit. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel a class if less than 4 participants are registered 24 hours prior to the time of the class.

 

We will be unable to refund any amounts if you fail to attend your booked class without prior notification. 

 

 

Out of courtesy to our clients and physiotherapists, if you can not keep your appointment, please ensure that you let us know more than 24 hours in advance, as a $30 cancellation fee applies. 

 

 

Your personal information remains confidential. We do ask that you complete a registration form at your first appointment to allow us to release relevant medical information to other health professionals with your permission. 

 

 

We are happy to send your invoices for treatment to your insurance company. In order for us to do this we require the following documents. (See the following form) You are responsible for the payment of your accounts until we have received all relevant documents. 

 

 

We have a commitment to training physiotherapy students. At times we may ask you to participate in their training. You always have the option to decline having a student present. 

 

 

Patients participating in an EPC arrangement set up by their GP are required to bring in their written referral, EPC voucher and any other relevant documents to their first appointment. Patients are required to pay for their appointments in full on the day of their visit. We issue a printed invoice signed by the treating Physiotherapist which can be taken to Medicare for a rebate.  

 

 

In the unusual event that your purchased item/s are faulty or do not meet the standard of the manufacturer’s description please contact us. If you simply change your mind we are regrettably unable to offer a refund.
