What does Physiotherapy do for me?
Physiotherapy aims to rehabilitate and improve people with movement disorders by using evidence-based, natural methods such as exercise, motivation, adapted equipment, education and advocacy.

Physiotherapist’s examine and treat issues that are musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiothoracic and affect peoples’ abilities to move the way they want and function as well as they want in their daily lives.

We provide many different forms of general physiotherapy for the treatment of a variety of conditions:

  • Clinical Pilates- for injury or general health, both machine and floor based
  • Pilates Floor Class- 6 people
  • Real Time Ultrasound Imaging for assessment/ treatment of back and pelvic floor issues
  • Laser Treatment
  • How are you moving? Could it be better? 10 point screening check for movement and posture
  • Women’s health physiotherapy
  • Antenatal and postnatal classes
  • Physiotherapy for children (including school visits)
  • General physiotherapy for all ages
  • DVA Card Holders. Medicare rebates for people on a Care Plan (from your GP)
  • Work related injury rehabilitation
