At Shiel Family Physio we offer small group classes which are taught by our physiotherapists. Assessments are essential prior to commencing an exercise class so that we can tailor the class to your individual requirements.
Never pay for classes that you don’t attend again!!!
Our Flexi Class Pass, Pregnancy Class Pass, & Postnatal Class Pass provide you with flexibility to choose your own timetable.
We recognise that life doesn’t always run smoothly and sometimes things pop up!! You have 6 months to use your Class Pass and you are not locked into any schedule.
